Tuscany Weddings
We don't host many weddings. We do a few each year, by choice — because a wedding here isn't a standard package, it's a day built piece by piece, together with you.
Villa Sambuca offers outdoor spaces for civil ceremonies, receptions for 60–80 guests, and rooms for those traveling from afar. For larger weddings, we work with partner estates across the valley.

Villa Huygens is currently being restored — a historic estate in the heart of Valle Benedetta, complete with a private chapel. A place that has crossed centuries and returns to life to host weddings and intimate events of timeless beauty.

Private Events
Birthdays, anniversaries, family reunions, graduations, silver weddings. Each celebration is different, none is a package. We build every event with you, starting from what you want to tell.
18th, 30th, 50th, silver weddings, graduations, family parties. We treat every one with the same care — because they are all, in their way, important moments.
You can have an intimate dinner for 20 around a single table, or a party with 80 guests stretching from the RistorOrto into the outdoor deck late into the night. Aperitivo on the terrace, dinner curated by chef Simone, DJ sets or acoustic bands, fires in the hearth in winter, starlit dinners in summer.
When guests arrive here, they notice immediately — this isn't the usual venue. Time slows down. Conversations open up. The party takes shape on its own.
We take care of everything: table setting, catering, music, floor staff. You enjoy the evening.

We created a unique format: "Il Cibo in Tutti i Sensi" (Food in All Senses). A workshop where children discover food through touch, color, and smell. They paint with fruits and vegetables, they feel, they smell, they create. It's not entertainment — it's an educational experience that becomes a party.
Perfect for birthdays of children aged 4 to 12. Snacks prepared by our kitchen (nothing industrial — everything made with seasonal fruit from our garden), a safe outdoor space for free play, and the workshop as the main activity. Parents sit at the farm bar with an aperitivo, chat, enjoy the valley. Everyone happy.
We build each party to measure: 10 to 25 children, 2–3 hours, snacks, workshop, take-home creative kit.

Ground floor room — The RistorOrto in day mode: workstations, brainstorming, convivial lunch under white arches and windows on the green. 35–40 seated indoors, up to 80 in fair weather when it opens onto the outdoor deck.
Two rooms, two floors. Keynote upstairs, workshops downstairs. Lunch in between. Aperitivo on the terrace. Everything flows in one place, no transfers, no time lost.
Latest-generation interactive touchscreen. Integrated audio system. Video projector. Satellite-grade wifi — tested for international calls, HD streaming, cloud presentations. Arrive, plug in your laptop, it works.
Villa Sambuca has 9 rooms: one quadruple, six doubles with private bath, and two options (one single, one double) with shared bath. Overnight capacity: up to 19 guests in their own rooms.
Ideal for 1–2 night offsites, teams of 15–20. For larger groups, we arrange accommodations at partner properties minutes away.
Valle Benedetta opened recently, and we say it openly. We've hosted retreats, dinners, private events — and now we open the venue to corporate groups.
